The opportunity for Thailand to become a World Leader in Cricket Farming

Based in Thailand – the Global Bugs concept is to produce and sell eco-friendly entomology products that assist consumers and industries worldwide to lessen their impact on the planet. As an essential part of the development Global Bugs will invest in programs designed to strengthen economic and social development in local Thai communities while also caring for the environment.

Being certified by the Board Of Investment (BOI) in Thailand means not only to receive several privileges such as tax exemption for 8 years, it also means that we have a responsibility to support local farmers with know how and technology transfer helping them to obtain certificates and quality assurances required to export the products to the global market.

This model will facilitate for Thailand to become a preferred supplier of crickets for feed and human consumption in European and Global Markets while keeping costs low and at the same time reaching the highest product quality.
